to start the national western stock show they run steer through downtown Denver each year, and wouldn't you know it some random guy came up the rear in a little red wagon towed by an R/C car, whilst driving a second R/C car... so that happened

That's Randy Quaid. He just skipped out on his bill at the Brown Palace and is trying to evade police and I'm sure doing a pretty good job of it.

Baxter Black put him up to it and even kicked down for the R/C car.

This is all amazingly, devastatingly true—except for the bits that are lies.

Side note: This is the same street on which both my brother and a good friend, in separate incidents, were arrested for riding a bicycle. But steers? Yeahwhynot? Freedom: yeah, right.
